We collaborate with you in each step of your journey of recovery and work as team members to plan your treatment and then to have the healing conversations.

We offer a 15 min free initial conversation to decide whether we are the right fit for you.
I am an accredited counsellor, CBT and Schema Therapist. I mostly work with people who had a difficult childhood such as experiencing trauma, being bullied, or lacking emotional support and now experience depression, panic and anxiety, difficulties in relationships, low self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders and body image issues.
I help people with a wide range of psychological problems in Healing Conversations psychotherapy centre and offer online sessions, if you are unable to attend in person.
I am an anxiety and trauma specialist and also work with work-related stress, relationship problems and attachment style issues.
I also offer support for depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, time management and organisational skills, adaptation problems, identity and life transitions, bereavement, and trauma.
I am an integrative therapist working with CBT and incorporte it with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and mindfulness with a holistic approach.
I aim to work collaboratively with you and offer a safe, non-judgemental enviroment to work towards changes you wish to create. I will adapt my approach to tailor the session according to your needs. I carry out reviews every few sessions to monitor the therapy progress and proceed the sessions with the strategies to help you.
