FAQ

How do I arrange an initial consultation session?

You can arrange an initial consultation session by using our contact form and we aim to get back to you in 48 hours. Please share some brief information about your therapy needs. In-person meetings take place in Central London and virtual meetings are offered via Skype.

How much does each counseling session cost? Do you offer concessions?

Each session fee is between 80£ to 90£. Concessions are subject to availability.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

We offer evening appointments and weekend appointments are limited in availability.

How many sessions will I need?

We offer both short term psychotherapy up to 20 sessions and long term, open-ended psychotherapy. We would highly recommend you to commit at least 10-12 weekly sessions. We would discuss your needs and expectations during the initial consultation session and draw a plan together.

How will I find out the right psychotherapy approach for me?

We talk about the different psychotherapy approaches and discuss the best fit for you during our first few meetings and decide how to move forward together. We mainly offer CBT, Schema Therapy, person centred approach and solution focused therapy.
CBT is an evidence based approach which means that there has been numerous studies done proving the efficacy. If you are looking for a short term, evidence based, solution focused approach; CBT might be the right fit.
Schema Therapy is a long term psychotherapy approach focusing on creating a life transformation. It is highly recommended for long term, chronic, entrenched issues.
