Booking Terms and Conditions
- Please contact us via email or phone to book an appointment.
- When you book an appointment, you need to make the payment in 24 hours to finalize the booking. You can pay via PayPal, debit card or credit card through the website.
- Bookings are cancelled if the payment does not arrive in 24 hours. We recommend you contact us to book a new appointment in such a case.
Cancellation and Change Conditions
Single Psychotherapy Session
- You can cancel a single psychotherapy session but cannot receive a refund.
- A full refund will be made if the psychotherapist has to cancel the session.
- You need to give 72 hours notice to make any change of booking hour. A new session may be booked based on availability. Anything less than 72 hours and unfortunately, you will be charged.
