We can either work short-term or long-term depending on your needs. We are going to decide how we are going to work in the initial consultation session. Short term therapy takes up to 20 sessions. Short term therapy is focused on problem solving, developing healthy coping tools as well as relieving from the existing symptoms. Long term therapy might take between 6 months to 2 years and focuses on awareness building, finding the patterns creating mental health problems and replacing them with healthier patterns, tackling past trauma, supporting clients with long-term coping tools and enabling a life transformation.
